Stay Healthy!

As the crew of VSA, we get that it is a vacation and you should enjoy yourself. But, to get back to football in the most optimal way, we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves. Therefore, we have some tips on foods and drinks that you should watch.

SODAS                 -->

Do not drink to much sodas, there is a lot of sugar in them which are very bad for your health.

FREQUENCY

1 per day really should be the maximum.

DIET                       -->

You should really vary with what you eat, fish, meat, etc.

FREQUENCY

Don't ever eat too much of something, this makes it bad. Even when something is really healthy, don't eat too much, just vary!

SNACKS               -->

You can have a snacks once in a while, as long as you keep doing the exercises and also eat healthy!

FREQUENCY

As just stated, it should be in balance, when you move a lot and eat healthy, there is no problem at all with eating a snack.
