WEEK 1

Here you can find all exercises for week 1!

Week 1:
1. Hold up with your wrong leg as often as possible.
2. Place 5 pawns / objects in a row at a distance of 1 meter each and dribble through as many gates as possible within 1 minute.
3. Head the ball against the wall as often as possible, head up in one go and catch it in succession.

Here you can find all exercises for week 2!

Week 2:
1. Keep up as often as possible with another object. (Must not be a ball).
2. We try to shoot the ball as far as possible. (You can try this as often as you want, but you have to measure it each time).
3. Stand 3 meters from a wall and pass the ball back and forth against the wall as many times as possible within a minute.

WEEK 3

Here you can find all exercises for week 3!

Week 3:
1. Stand 10 feet (3 meters) from a wall and pass the ball back and forth against the wall as many times as possible within a minute, with the wrong leg.
2. Toe touches, put the ball on the floor and keep touching the ball with your toe of each foot. First left, then right, and so on. Do this as many times as possible without the ball moving in 30 seconds.
3. Hold up with your good leg as often as possible.

Here you can find all exercises for week 4!

Week 4:
1. Hold up with both legs as often as possible, taking turns.
2. Place 2 objects 10 meters apart, dribble from one to the other as often as possible in 1 minute.
3. Whistleblowing (tapping the ball back and forth between feet) as often as possible within 30 seconds.

Are you ready?

WEEK 5

Here you can find all exercises for week 5!

Week 5:
1. Keep as high as possible, in meters.
2. Foot bowling, place 5 pawns / bottles ten meters away from you, and shoot them in as few turns as possible!
3. Place 2 objects at a distance of 5 meters from each other, dribble from 1 to the other with as little ball contact as possible, but beware: the ball must never be stationary and you must never stand still!

Are you ready?

WEEK 6

Here you can find all exercises for week 6!

Week 6:
1. Place 2 objects 10 meters apart. Dribble back and forth 3x as fast as possible. Note: you have to go around the objects, otherwise it will not count!
2. Stand 7 meters from a wall and keep passing against it. Do this as often as possible within 2 minutes.
3. Stand 7 meters from a wall and pass against it each time with the wrong leg. Do this as often as possible within 2 minutes.
